I Recorded These Songs After Two Therapy Sessions
Semester is over. As a consequence, we are ballin'.
Me and my friend Alex booked a three-hour studio session. We each had a couple songs in mind. These are my two songs. The recording session was, again, a glorified karaoke, but this time with two people. I helped him record and he did mine, which is much easier than alone.
On the same evening I mixed them at home.
Lyrics
I sang some lyrics in "The Line" wrong, even though I printed them. The mistake are (original → mine):
- "keep the memories" → "keep your memories"
- "please don't let them take me" → "please don't let them see me"
In "Christmas Drag", I improvised "Jingle Balls" (twenty one pilots cover); original.
